Priscilla A. Prado is owner and president of Midwest Bookkeeping & Tax Solutions. Her entrepreneurship started in 2017, co-partnering with another firm in the tax preparation field. That is where she discovered how rewarding it is to provide financial and administrative services to minority and women owned business in the Latino community.  Ms. Prado emphasizes on small business consulting that offers soon to be entrepreneurs the ability to do business the correct way by providing insight on expenses, income, and net profit. She strives for economic development in her community and helps by providing clients with local and federal resources that help them remain in business, provide jobs, and adding to our economic development. She works closely with various professionals in the Latino community by providing tax and financial literacy to businesses and youth entrepreneurs.

She comes with over 22 years experience in accounting. Her accounting experience varies from industries in the manufacturing, legal, grower and non-profit fields. In her corporate experience, she's worked with organizations like, The Los Angeles Whole Produce Market, Michael Best & Freidrich LLP, and Monster Worldwide. She was the former Office Administrator for Milwaukee County Register of Deeds, Israel Ramon for over 3 years when he operated his law firm.  She was the former Business Administrator for the 3 largest Hispanic parishes in Milwaukee, St. Adalbert, St. Vincent de Paul and Prince of Peace and Interim Administrator for St. Adalbert School. 

Ms. Prado is award reciepient of the 2023 Milwaukee Business Journal - Diversity in Business - Micro Company section. She provides her consulting expertise and sits as Treasurer for the Wisconsin Latino Chamber of Commerce and the Wisconsin Latino Economic Foundation in Madison, Wisconsin. She also provides her insight to the Hispanic Catholic Education Committee with the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. 

Ms. Prado is a mother of 4 children. Eveny 25, an Alverno College graduate with a degree in Biomedical Sciences and a graduate student at Carroll College. Liliana 24, who enjoys traveling and helping with her siblings. Sophia 16, a junior at Carmen High School and Angel 11, a fifth grader at Notre Damn School of Milwaukee. During her free time, Ms. Prado loves to craft and plan themed parties.
